Charting the Digital Lifespan (CDL) is a two-year interdisciplinary research project, funded by the EPSRC, investigating the ‘digital lifespan’ of UK citizens both now and in the future. Since no one has yet experienced the challenges of living a complete lifespan in the Digital Age (i.e., from birth to old age), this project calls for an innovative approach to understanding current experiences and envisioning future worlds. The Research Fellow will provide core expertise to this project, creating and developing an ethnographic understanding of how the human lifespan is currently manifested in the digital age. Based at the University of Dundee, they will work with a research team of experts in socio-digital systems, design, narrative and data mining. Further details about the project can be found here: http://www.computing.dundee.ac.uk/staff/wmoncur/ChartingTheDigitalLifespan.html
