Mindful Design Practice (MDP) is a 20 credit, semester 2 module taken by Master of Design students at the University of Dundee. The module is led by director of the Master of Design for Services course, Hazel White.
In this module you begin to research and develop works for your main masters project in Semester 3. You can see examples of previous @designdundee projects elsewhere on the blog – but this is a nice piece from Gill Wildman, our former external examiner on what a masters project is – both from her experience teaching at Carnegie Mellon and looking at Masters projects across the USA. She wrote some great stuff about our students here. There is lots of great Service Design stuff on the Plot blog.
As to the Mindful Design Practice Module you can get the full story here.
